Unleashing our life force energy is awakening our kundalini energy. It’s awakening every energy center within our beings, clearing, tending, and feeding our chi. It’s our vitality, our libido for life, and the awakening is opening from our roots to our crown. It’s awakening all of the life within us to move unrestrained.
Feminine Embodiment. LOVE your body.
Our bodies are movers of energy. They are conduits of the energy within, and around. They crave to be cherished, loved, and cared for as the sacred containers of our spirits that they are. They give us deep access to our heart, to our emotions, and to our spirit.
Our bodies are a source of awakening. Everything is energy. It needs to stay fresh, and it needs to move. Sometimes it will be still and calm, and sometimes it will move like wild water. But if it stagnates for too long dis-ease happens. When our hearts freeze, our bodies freeze. They depend on one another.
Open your heart beautiful woman, this is your feminine power.
Women have a huge a capacity to love, and we validly long and strive, to receive it equally as large. Do not hold it back. You are not needy or clingy. This is your divine design. It takes courage to honor these big hearts of ours because some will not be ready to meet us. And that’s okay.
A love note from the hills of the morning.
I have a secret joy of opening old journals to a random page, like drawing a tarot card of the day. I usually end up laughing or crying, realize how much I've grown, see the loops I'm still stuck in, or stumbled across what seems to be a love note I left for myself long ago to find.

The power of women’s circles.
When women vulnerably expose the truth of their hearts with one another, it gives us permission to do the same in return. We then dance back and forth going deeper, and deeper. We realize our power, and break the illusions or what it means to be a desirable woman. We naturally find a sense of deep self worth for our bodies, our hearts, our creativity, our sexuality - all of it. The more we connect with one another and reveal our secrets, we realize we are all carrying the same truths…
All the illusions that have preyed upon us - the power disintegrates. We realize their attempt to dim our light. To hold us back. We realize all the ways in which we have disempowered ourselves….
Sexual energy is our feminine essence
The roots of sexuality go much deeper than acts of sex and orgasms. Reclaiming our sexuality as sexual energy — a sacred energy moving through us at all times as opposed to an act is an awakening in itself.
Summon the Goddesses.
The Goddesses are archetypes, and they are divine entities that roam the cosmos and the earth. They are us, and they are also outside of us, waiting for us to summon them
The Goddesses have many faces, the feminine psyche has many facets. Our power comes from our ability to embrace ALL of it.

This is a powerful statement to take in, and brings us to the question of what it means to be desirable as a woman? How does this make women restrain themselves? And how does this ignite shame that makes women hide their true experiences from one another?

The sister wound touches us all.
The potion of womanly perfection will surely suck your soul dry, but it will make you desirable in the world where this game is thriving.
Love and survival have been directly linked to fitting this “desirable role” of womanly or feminine embodiment, and this is what creates the threat. When one woman outplays another, not only is it threatening, the reality of the game hurts, and it makes the game very real.
The sister wound is one of the deepest of our womanly wounds, and it is far from simple.

If you think you don’t judge other women, I’m asking you to pause, open your mind, and read on.
If you truly don’t judge them, I feel it is safe to say, at the very least, there are certain women who trigger you. It is this complex I want to focus on, because it is so crucial to all womxn reclaiming our power as a whole.
The postpartum of rebirthing.
Rebirthing is not a flip of a light switch. You don’t let go of the old and immediately become the new. It’s slow and grueling. Uncomfortable, confusing, and unclear at times. At times, it’s also ecstatic and exciting. The process moves in waves. Sometimes the entirety of the whole cycle is faster than others, more painful or joyful, but it’s always a process.
Divine feminine energy, self healing and collective healing.
Women intrinsically know they must unravel to reveal what their soul is aching to reclaim. I believe society as a whole knows the same.
