To properly introduce myself, hello, my name is Abby. This container and everything I offer here is near and dear to my heart and deeply woven with my own journey.

I help women who are aching to embody everything they intrinsically feel inside - all of their heart, voice and instincts, innocence and ferocity, their bodies and beauty, and their boundaries, and magic as womanly, complex, powerful, creatures.

Whether you are simply wanting more, or are coming from a background of trauma, and abuse, or are feeling the impact of society's subtle, and not-so-subtle messaging oppressing, shaming, and disempowering our feminine nature as women, this is for you.

I believe that every woman’s soul is born with her primal wild self intact. I believe she is always accessible to reclaim or ignite, but is often buried beneath her stories, conditioning, and wounding, that has told her to hush and hide into submission.

I believe we live in a world that has been created with little room for the feminine to thrive — in anybody, regardless of gender or sexual identity. Society is moving so fast, focused on productivity, and presenting ourselves in such a composed way, that it's suffocating our feminine spirits, and cutting us off from the freedom and power of our souls.

I believe in a divine consciousness in this universe that works in mysterious ways. I see the earth, the sun, the moon and the stars, the plants and animals, the elements, and the unseen, all as divine forms of consciousness, eager for us to wake up and listen to them. I believe they have an immense amount of healing and wisdom to offer us.

Lastly, I believe flower essences to be the most divine, subtle, potent, and profound medicines. When making them, I believe the flowers channel through me and the water as divine entities with messages, downloads, and energetic agents to offer guidance, clearing, healing, blessing, and awakening. I believe they are speaking to us, and that we all have the potential to make this connection. I adore working with them, making them, and sharing them with those who believe. And lastly, I attribute so much of my personal healing to them, and so much of what I offer and speak to have come through them.
