Awakening the Feminine Mysteries Within You.
Awakening to the feminine mysteries of this world largely comes from tapping into a deep and steady relationship with ourselves as women.
Feminine mysteries are the wisdom, power, and knowing we discover through our relationship with the feminine, our bodies, and our lived experiences as women.
They aren't teachings to be intellectually understood, but wisdom that is emotionally and viscerally revealed.
They are the mysteries we discover through rites of passage, through healing, awakening, and diving deep into the depths of our souls.
We tap into them through deep presence.
With sacred reverence.
And with deep attunement to our senses and our bodies.
The feminine mysteries are accessed through the temple within.
The feminine mysteries are largely accessed through dropping into the temple within and listening.
There is a life force, or frequency, that knows better than all the stories and all the imprinting we’ve received as women, that makes us contract, contort, filter ourselves, and fear.
But we contort and resist for a reason—and as much as it's a process to build the safety to open, this is where they simmer.
In the confusion, complexity, and challenges of woman—when the discomfort arises—don’t try to change or resist the discomfort, listen.
When we quiet the chatter—and I don't mean quiet the thoughts, or the emotions themselves, I mean quiet the chatter that is telling us our thoughts and feelings should be otherwise, the chatter that is shaming or belittling our experience, thoughts, or feelings as non-spiritual, shadowy, not pure, wrong, less evolved, or shameful.
When we quiet the chatter that is telling us things should be otherwise, it brings us into a place of immense wisdom. This is where the feminine mysteries of woman simmer.
The feminine mysteries are the well of wisdom that simmers within our feminine energy, feminine consciousness, the female form, and our experiences as women.
When we drop in to ourselves as women, we access a place of immense wisdom within our own being, immense wisdom that is far beyond us, and we can begin to read and attune to the higher vibration of the unseen world and be led by that, as opposed to the societal programming that is keeping us disconnected.
The feminine mysteries are experienced, not simply taught
Feminine mysteries are not necessarily taught; it's about the right kind of facilitation to discover them within ourselves.
Feminine mysteries can only be fully received through experience. They are in the templates of our female form and feminine and female consciousness.
This is the difference between learning about the feminine and awakening to her within yourself.
We can study the teachings, contemplate the mythology, and understand the archetypes intellectually. But something else happens when we begin to feel and experience these energies through our own bodies and beings.

This is the value of oral tradition and feminine-centric containers. It's experiential learning, not the memorization or objectification of knowledge that has rigidly defined itself and has claimed truth in regard to certain contexts, identities, and spaces in time.
There is a huge force of our feminine power that is tied to freeing our voice, that is tied to women's rights, and sovereign empowerment in an oppressive world.
There is also a huge force of our feminine power that is tied to our creative self-expression, our emotional self-expression, and the expression of our unique and irreplicable genius, as well as freeing all the parts we have compartmentalized, shamed, hidden, doubted, or mistrusted, granting them permission to lead.
But there is another part of our feminine power that is in the ethers and the divine wisdom of our bodies and beings.
They are revealed through your communion with yourself.
The communion between you and your body.
You and your heart.
And you and life.
These sacred parts hold so, much, power and depth.
These parts are the keepers of wisdom and sacred alchemy that are ours to dance with—and they'll emanate out of us as they will, but it's kept somewhat veiled and protected in how it pulsates, moves, and exists—because this is how it's meant to be.
Everything can't be taught through a lecture or script.
Everything can't be explained.
We can't be fully explained.
Life can't be fully explained.
It all must be felt.
Our choices, our emotions, our knowing, our passion, and path—it can't all be explained—and when we try to make linear sense of it all, and feel like that’s the only way, it stunts us.
The part of the feminine that we sense the power and magic of—it can be hard to grasp, fully understand, or embody because it is elusive—and it's meant to be.
Some things are not meant to make sense, and that is the beauty.
We get to bask in this void with ourselves and shine radiantly.
We can’t necessarily articulate it, explain it, or even understand—but we know it in our bones.
The feminine mysteries are not learnt—they are remembered.
They are remembered in our female form, our wild hearts, and our perfectly imperfect holy wholeness so that we can take up space in our bodies, in this life, and shine as the radiant woman that we are.
There is a force greater than us, and we are the Goddess incarnate.
We are the keepers of the feminine mysteries, the feminine, and the Goddess on earth, and we do this by communing with our own hearts, bodies, and souls—we listen, and are led.
This is what every container I offer is rooted in.
The more we can commune, and claim, and embody ourselves—the more this feminine medicine, feminine wisdom, and feminine power is protected and can emanate on this earth—and we all know the world needs this.
Look around.
It's time for the women to rise.
It's time for the feminine to be fiercely reclaimed.
Not in the name of women or men, but in the name of Life, and all beings.
