Meet the Creatrix —
Through my education, personal healing, and experience facilitating women — I’ve come to realize that women are groomed to doubt themselves, their instincts, and their feminine energy.
Hi — I’m Abby, and I have been facilitating and holding space for women for the last 15 years.
I have a degree in women’s studies, as well as a ceremonial, shamanic, and bodywork background, plus extensive somatic training to facilitate 1:1 and in groups.
I also have my own experience as a woman, and the part work that I've done through these archetypes has put me back together.
I have a dense history of abuse and trauma, and regardless of trauma — every woman at the very least is immersed in a patriarchal capitalistic world, is flooded with collective objectifying and misogynistic undertones, and carries ancestral remembrance that has infiltrated our experience as a woman, and our relationship with the feminine.
Our experience as women is complicated — it’s personal, collective, ancestral, visceral, and spiritual — and feminine archetypes are divine templates to tap into all of it.
