Hi — I’m Abby, and I have been facilitating and holding space for women for the last 15 years.
I have a degree in women’s studies, as well as a ceremonial, shamanic, and bodywork background, plus extensive somatic training to facilitate 1:1 and in groups.
I also have my own experience as a woman, with a complex history of trauma and abuse, and the part work that I've done through these archetypes has put me back together.
Regardless of trauma, every woman at the very least is immersed in a patriarchal, capitalistic world that is flooded with collective objectifying and misogynistic undertones, and it all infiltrates our experience as women and our relationship with the feminine.
Our experience as women is complicated — it’s personal, collective, ancestral, visceral, and spiritual — and feminine archetypes are divine templates to tap into all of it.
